The petitioner, namely, Abdul Gaffar @ Ashoba, son of Late Abdul Latif, resident of Village- Kopta, P.O. & P.S. Moirang, District-Bishnupur, Manipur, has filed this application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, on 19.02.2025, praying for his bail in NDPS Case No. 134/2022 arising out of Basistha P.S. Case No. 212/2022 registered under Sections 21(C)/22(C)/29 of NDPS Act corresponding to G.R. No. 1485/2022, wherein he was arrested on 15.02.2022 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. Rahman, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application to which Mr. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 4.
