Heard Sri Sanjay Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the applicant-accused-Irfan involved in Case Crime No.489 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District- Bulandshahar. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that there are three cases shown in the gang-chart, wherein the applicant is on bail. Besides three cases, there is criminal history of one case against the applicant under Arms Act, wherein the accused- applicant is on bail. The criminal history has been duly explained in the bail application. The applicant is in jail since 16.06.2025 As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail, but could not dispute aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the applicant. 5. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by the parties and perused the records, which prima facie reveals that there are three cases shown in the gang-chart, wherein the applicant is on bail. Besides three cases, there is criminal history of one case against the applicant under Arms Act, wherein the accused-applicant is on bail. The criminal history has been duly explained in the bail application. The applicant is in jail since 16.06.2025. 6. Hence, without touching the merit of the case, the bail application is allowed. 7. Let accused/applicant-Irfan be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
