Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. 2. Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Pirahat P.S. Case No.45 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.439 of 2025 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the F.I.R. and counter F.I.R. lodged against each other as at Annexures-1 and 2. 4. It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the names of the petitioners are not revealed anywhere upon perusal of the case diary. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners apprehend arrest, who belong to the family of the accused persons named in the F.I.R. i.e. Annexure-1. The Court also perused the statement of one of the witnesses, namely, Aswini Nayak recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S. Considering the above facts and submissions of the learned counsel for both the parties, the Court is inclined to grant pre- arrest bail to the petitioners subject to the following conditions. 5. Accordingly, it is ordered. 6. In the result, the ABLAPL petition stands disposed of with the direction to the petitioners in the event of their arrest shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in connection with G.R.
