No.02 of 2026 has been filed for withdrawal of the instant Appeal (MAC App No.19 of 2025) along with Deed of Compromise dated 16-03-2026, executed between the Respondent No.1 and the Appellant and Respondent No.2. None is present for the Respondent No.1 today, however in view of the Deed of Compromise, the Appellant is allowed to withdraw the Appeal. Appeal stands withdrawn accordingly and disposed of.
