Mr. Dhiraj Kumar Pandey, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, there be direction for withdrawal of security provided to respondent no.5, being misused by her ex- husband, respondent no.6. The security was extended to respondent no.5 as she was a witness in a case. Her examination has been completed as stated in paragraph-9. 2. On query, Mr Pandey draws attention of this Court to order dated 24th March, 2025 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate in Criminal Misc. Case no. 408 of 2025 (Sohanveer Singh Versus Sandeep and others) and submits, respondent no.6 had lodged false complaint against his client. 3. Mr. Girish Chandra Tiwari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. 4. We do not deem it fit to direct issuance of notices on private respondent nos. 5 and 6. This is because it appears, petitioner and respondent no.6 have friction between them. The writ Court cannot be used for the purpose. Nevertheless we direct the State authorities to take note of information given in the petition and take such action, if necessary. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
