GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.3 and No.4 in not acting upon the complaint 14.02.2020 given by the petitioner and also for threatening and pressurizing the petitioner to compromise with 5th respondent and to withdraw the complaint as being illegal arbitrary and 2 is in negation of the law declared by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari vs. State Of U.P and others.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.77 of 2020 on the file of Chilakalapudi Police Station, Krishna District for the offences under Sections 506 and 509 IPC has been registered. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri Kasi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4.
