The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. ISSUE a writ in the nature of Certiorari by quashing the impugned order M.A.G.P.R:/2024-25 dated - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42547 WP No. 31693 of 2025 12.08.2025 issued by the respondent No.4 vide Annexure-A. b. ISSUE a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 10.10.2025, 13.10.2025 and 09.10.2025 vide Annexure- C,D And F. c. ISSUE a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to accord permission to the petitioners to conduct the pooja ceremony in the said temple on 20.10.2025 from 22.10.2025. d. ISSUE a writ of mandamus by this Hon'ble court to direct the 4th respondent to open the Shri Basaveshwara Temple and direct the Tahsildar i.e.,4th respondent to give permission to perform pooja. e. ISSUE a writ of mandamus by this Hon'ble court to direct the 5th respondent to provide protection to perform the Deepavali festival during 20.10.2025 to 22.10.2025. f. ISSUE any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble court may deem fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case including an order as to costs." 2. The Petitioner is seeking for quashing of an order passed under Sub-section (4) of Section 144 of the Cr.P.C., dated 12.08.2024 at Annexure-A. The said order having been passed on 12.08.2024 has spent itself after the expiry of 2 months from the making thereof. In that view of the matter, there would be no requirement to issue any certiorari to quash the order at Annexure-A. 4. insofar as the mandamus which has been sought for by the petitioner the earlier application which has been filed by the petitioner post for conducting a puja ceremony from 20.10.2025 to 22.10.2025 which time period is also expired. 5. In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to petitioners to file necessary application, if so desired detailing out the dates on which the petitioners intend to perform the pooja.
