The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the order dated 06.02.2019 passed by Additional Session Judge Court No. 5th Rampur, in Criminal Revision No. 103 of 2017, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 02.03.2017 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Additional Civil Judge (C.D.), Rampur in Complaint Case No. 608 of 2016, whereby the applicant has been summoned under Section 376, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ bail application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
