The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: “a) Direct the Respondent No.6 to consider representation/complaint at Annexure-G with respect to land in Sy No:167/3 to an extent of 2 guntas situated at Indalvadi Village, Kasaba Hobli, Anekal Taluk in the interest of justice and equity. b) And Such other and further directions, order or relief that this Court may be pleased to grant in the interest of justice and equity.” 4. By way of the representation at Annexure – G, the petitioner has sought for police protection to be offered to the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 06.10.2025 passed by the trial Court in O.S No.256/2025. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44935 WP No. 30083 of 2025 5. On enquiry, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application seeking for police protection is also filed before the trial Court. If that is so, it is for the trial Court to consider the same and pass necessary orders. 6. This Court cannot direct police protection to be offered to implement an exparte ad-interim order of injunction passed. 7. Reserving such liberty, the petition stands disposed of.
