The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 584/2024 arising out of Mandar P.S. Case No. 45/2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1629/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/120B of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-XII, Ranchi. It is alleged that petitioner was having affair with husband of the deceased Gita Toppo, who was shot dead by unknown persons near Kanjia bridge. It was submitted that apart from suspicion there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. It was further submitted that husband of the deceased Gita Toppo namely Vijay Bhagat has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.9295 of 2024. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XII, Ranchi, in connection with S.T. Case No. 584/2024 arising out of Mandar P.S. Case No. 45/2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1629/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
