By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to learned 3rd Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Dehradun to decide Original Suit No. 202 of 2012 and Original Suit No. 481 of 2010 expeditiously. 3. Having regard to the huge pendency of cases before Civil Court at Dehradun, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction for expediting the aforesaid cases. Moreover, petitioner has sought a direction to expedite hearing of two different suits by filing single writ petition. Such direction cannot be issued. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
