Learned counsel for the petitioner, when confronted with the maintainability of the instant petition, submits that petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to treat the same as representation and accord consideration thereon in accordance with law. 02. Ms Rekha Wangnoo, learned GA, who has caused appearance on the asking of the Court, submits that she has no objection if the instant petition is disposed of in accordance with law and provided there is no legal impediment. 03. Accordingly, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of at its threshold with a direction to the respondents to treat the same as representation and accord consideration thereon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this Order along with copy of writ petition and enclosed Annexures are made available to the them. 04.
