JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present writ appeal is filed impugning the judgment and order dated 22.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.10987/2013. 2. In sum and substance, in the said writ petition the appellant had challenged the promotion of respondent No.3 which was granted to him on 20.09.1990. Learned - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42022-DB WA No. 322 of 2025 Single Judge in his well considered judgment has not found any merit in the writ petition. 3. The submission of the learned counsel for the appellant that respondent No.3 could not have been considered for promotion, which was granted to him way back in the year 1990, has no merit. We do not find that there is any scope to interfere with the well-reasoned judgment of the learned Single Judge. We may add that the promotion order of the respondent No. 3 came to be challenged only in the year 2025. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed.
