Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Chaubey, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, agricultural land and houses of his clients have suffered exposure to fly ash. They are entitled to be compensated. On query he submits, his clients made representation dated 21st March, 2025 in respect of compensation in lieu of permanent damage suffered. The representation was addressed to respondent no.4 (the District Magistrate). He seeks direction. 2. Dr. D.K. Tiwari, learned advocate Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf State and submits, the representation will be duly considered. Mr. Abhishek Srivastava, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.2, 3, 6 and 9. Mr. Chaubey submits, said respondents generated the fly ash. 3. We do not think it necessary to direct issuance of notice to unrepresented respondents. Instead we direct respondent no.4 to consider petitioners' representation dated 21st March, 2025. Certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation be communicated by petitioners to said respondent, who will notice concerned parties and take decision.
