Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022, S.T. Case No.190 of 2022, for the offence under Sections 302/34, 307 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1- B)a/35/26/27/25(6) of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Seraikella.
Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. 7201/2024 vide order dated 21.11.2024.
On 07.06.2022 at about 10:00 p.m., petitioner is said to have shot the deceased due to which he succumbed to his injuries. It appears that co-accused had shot other persons, due to which, three persons died.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
