Petitioner has approached this Court that after he got retired on 31.10.2024 by means of impugned order dated 23.04.2025 a recovery of Rs. 4,28,183/- is initiated against petitioner, however, details thereof are not provided. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents, on instructions, submits that reasons for recovery will be communicated to petitioner within a week from today, after taking note of legal impediment, if any. 4. Taking note of above submission of learned counsel for respondents this writ petition is disposed of with observation that subsequently petitioner will have liberty to file a representation on facts as well as on law and thereafter a fresh decision will be taken by concerned respondent within four weeks. The Court hopes that before conclusion of aforesaid proceedings, respondents will not enforce any recovery.
