Dated this the 28th day of March, 2025 JUDGMENT The writ petition is filed challenging a direction issued by the 1st respondent to the petitioner's College to conduct the election, contending that the instructions in Ext.P3 are not binding on the petitioner. The cause of action for filing this writ petition arose concerning an election for the year 2018-19. An interim order was granted in this writ petition. In view of the above and by the passage of time, nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition as the cause of action was the election for 2018-19, which could not be conducted.
