Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from District Durg to District Raipur and he is seeking indulgence of this Court in the matter of transfer on the ground that her son is suffering from Autism means thereby her son cannot understand the situation and also unable to speech and understand properly and also required a lot of attention & care, therefore, prayed that he may be allowed to file a representation before the concerned authorities and the authorities may be directed to consider and decide the same considering her son’s medical ground. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent appearing on advance copy submits that for the limited prayer for deciding his representation he is not having any objection. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, specially considering the fact that the son of the petitioner is 3 suffering from autism, though he is being treated at Raipur, but it seems that son of the petitioner is comfortable at Durg, as such, the petitioner is directed to file representation along with medical documents of her son within 10 days and in turn the respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner specially considering the fact of the ailment of her son in a pragmatic manner within a period of four weeks, till then the effect and operation of impugned order is stayed. 5. It is made clear that the petition was not heard on merits. 6. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of with aforesaid observations and directions.
