M.P.No.9972 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 7449 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to health issue, the petitioners could not comply the order of this court. However, as the previous counsel unable to file certified copy in time, they are unable to execute the sureties within time. Hence, he filed this petition for extension of time. 3. Considering the request made by the petitioners herein, this Court is inclined to extend time for the further period of two weeks for complying the conditions imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No. 9972 of 2025 in Crl. O.P.No. 7449 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025.
