Notice to respondent No.6 is not necessary for the following reasons: The petitioner is before this Court seeking directions to the respondents to take immediate measures to protect and secure the Government School land in Sy.Nos.73, 74/1, 74/2 and 74/3 situated at Kuchangipalya Village, Tumakuru District and to ensure uninterrupted functioning of the School. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a threat to the School at the hands of respondent No.6, a private individual. 4. In the considered opinion of this Court, such a prayer cannot be granted by this Court at the instance of the petitioner. The School is a Government School and the school authorities, including the Block Education officer, the Deputy Director of Public Instructions and the Deputy Commissioner are competent enough to protect the Institution from any threat at the hands of the private - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:31604 WP No. 24582 of 2025 persons. Such directions cannot be issued by this Court at the instance of a private individual. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed while directing respondents No.3 to 5 to take note of the orders passed by this Court and to ensure that the Institution is run in a smooth manner without harming the interest of the students.
