Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2. By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court below concerned to decide the Case No. 1130 of 2024 (Sonika Sharma VS Rahul Sharma), under Section 144 B.N.S.S., P.S Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahar, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court Bulandshahar, within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is wife of the respondent no.2. The applicant has filed a case for maintenance under Section 144 BNSS, which is pending since 30.7.2024 and till date, no evidence has been recorded. He submits that the respondent no.2 is deliberately not appearing before the court below. 4. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
