The petitioner is a chronic defaulter in attending Court and also habitual offender. He was secured in this case after long abscondence, only when he was apprehended in another connected case and remanded to Palayamkottai Prison. 3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that, in this case, the accused persons, one after another, have remained absent, thereby preventing the progress of the case, which is now posted for framing of charges.
