2025:UHC:5156 SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS WPMS 1777/2025 Hon’ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. Mr. Sagar Kothari, Advocate, for the petitioner. (2) Petitioner has filed a suit for permanent injunction, which is numbered as Original Suit No. 21 of 2025. In that suit, he has also filed an application for temporary injunction. Learned Trial Court issued notice to the defendant on the said application, fixing 26.6.2025. Thus feeling aggrieved by issuance of notice on temporary injunction application, petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition. (3) Since the course of action adopted by learned Trial Court is strictly in consonance with law, therefore, impugned order cannot be faulted. Thus there is no scope for interference with the impugned order. Writ petition is, however, disposed of with a request to Trial Court to make endeavour to decide petitioner’s application for temporary injunction on the next date fixed, provided all the defendants are served.
