Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/wife and learned counsel for the opposite party/ husband. 2. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Matrimonial Suit No.124 of 2023 from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife that the marriage has taken place on 11.12.2020 as per Hindu Rites and Rituals. Further, it has been submitted that both the parties are Bank employees. The petitioner/wife is an employee in a Nationalize Bank i.e, UCO Bank at Bounsi, Bihar, while the husband is posted at Rajya Gramin Bank, Rehla, Palamau. Further, it has been submitted that one case i.e., Original Suit No.197 of 2023 is already going on before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi and Ranchi is the convenient place for both the parties as there is good communication from both the place i.e, Daltonganj as well as the Bounsi, Bihar and as such prayer has been made to transfer the aforesaid matrimonial suit to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party/husband has opposed the prayer. 5. Considering the fact that already Original Suit No.197 of 2023 is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi and it is a convenient place for both the parties, Original Matrimonial Suit No.124 of 2023 is hereby, transferred from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 6.
