The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a suitable order or direction commanding the Ld. Court to expedite the proceedings of Misc. Appeal No. 74 of 2024 (Ravindra Kumar Vs. Smt. Yogita Modi) pending before the Ld. Court of Additional District and Judge/ Fast Track Court, Court No.1, Meerut in a time bound manner, earliest as possible most preferably within one month and in a time bound manner as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that appeal at the instance of respondent/ tenant is pending before Additional District Judge/ Fast Tract Court No.1, Meerut since 2024. He further placed the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Additional District Judge/ Fast Tract Court No.1, Meerut to consider and decide the aforementioned appeal in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
