The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's parents are no more and he has no siblings and hence, he is unable to execute blood sureties. Hence, he prayed for suitable modification. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above conditions to the effect that “the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties".
