Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 20.02.2025 to re-convey the lands in the Survey No.262/1B measuring an extent of 48 cents, situated in Kazhipattur Village, Chengalpattu. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned Government’s Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 20.02.2025 will be considered within a period of eight (8) weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
