This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Surakhsa Sanhita 2023, in a case arising out of FIR No.113 dated 27.05.2025 under Sections 333, 329(3), 324(4), 351(3) of BNS 2023, Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala. 2. Vide order dated 21.07.2025, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in compliance with above mentioned order, dated 21.07.2025, the petitioner has already joined investigation. 4.
