JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 12-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections145, 341, 337, 338, 353 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, informant along with other police personnel on 05.06.2024 at 20:40 o' clock conducted a raid at Imaliya More, Kurtha Bazar, Tehta and found a person coming in drunken state who on interrogation told his name as Ajay Kumar. Smell of liquor was coming from his mouth and when the police party tried to get him seated in the police vehicle then he started making hue and cry and on his call, petitioner came to save him. Thereafter, the petitioner started protesting the police party. In the meantime, petitioner Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1821 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 and 30-35 unidentified persons began to pelt stones and bricks on the police vehicle, as a result of which two bus and two Sumo vehicle became damaged. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is a poor shop-keeper. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have peltd stones and bricks on the police vehicle, as a result of which two bus and two Sumo vehicle became damaged. 6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. shashi/- (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
