The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 163/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 74, 109, 115(2), 117(2), 127(1), 127(2), 189(2), 190 & 303 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Miss Shikha Rani Tigga, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. On 11.07.2024 at about 7:00 A.M., there was some altercation between the informant party and the accused persons which ensued in free fight. It is alleged that the informant and his brother got injured. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties with regard to the same occurrence. It was further submitted that injured persons have sustained simple injury. It was finally submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Shikha Rani Tigga, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribag or her successor in connection with Katkamsandi P.S.
