JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioners have sought for the following reliefs: “(i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Board to consider and approve the admissions of the petitioner student No. 2 to 27; (ii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Board to issue hall ticket by accepting the approval / examination fee and permit the petitioner student to take up the 1st year GNM examination scheduled to commence from 29.12.2025 vide Annexure-D; (iii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the 1st petitioner in the interest of the students vide Annexure-C dated 24.01.2025; (iv) Pass any order or issue any direction this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case." - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52360 WP No. 37308 of 2025 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that the application/representation dated 24.01.2025 at Annexure-C submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said application/representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider the application/representation dated 24.01.2025 at Annexure-C and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 7 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52360 WP No. 37308 of 2025 6.
