Heard Mr. Keshav Hari Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue mandamus, directing the Judge, Small Causes Court, Agra to decide the proceeding of S.C.C. Suit No.27 of 2014, Vipnesh Kumar Jain vs. Bhanwar Singh and Others, pending before Judge, Small Causes Court, Agra expeditiously, preferably within 6 months or such other and further order be passed as is expedient in the interest of justice." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the S.C.C. suit filed on behalf of the petitioner in the year 2014, is still pending before the Judge, Small Cause Court, Agra. He placed the certified copy of the order-sheet which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition, in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction to Judge, Small Cause Court, Agra to decide the aforesaid proceedings to its logical conclusion, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, in accordance with law.
