(Oral) The challenge in this petition is made to the transfer order dated 09.06.2025, by which the petitioner has been transferred from Sitarganj to Kashipur. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s brother is unwell and he is the only person to look after his brother. In addition to it, it is also argued that the petitioner is also facing a criminal trial in a court in Khatima, where the petitioner has to appear and by the transfer, the petitioner as to undertake about two more hours journey. 4. Transfers are made in accordance with the Uttarakhand Annual Transfer for Public Servants Act, 2017. Nothing has been shown as to how the transfer is in violation of any of the provisions of the law. 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no reason to make any interference in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition deserves to be dismissed at the stage of admission itself. 2 6. The writ petition is dismissed in limine. (Ravindra Maithani, J) 25.06.2025 Ravi Bisht
