2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 571 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(6) of the B.N.S..
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing a loot, along with others of Rs.1,99,200/- from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2024 and accused in one other case.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner is accused of committing a loot, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
