Mr. M. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has no objection. This Court has also perused the cause shown in the present application and is satisfied and accordingly the prayer for deletion of the respondent No.1 in Cont.Cas(C) No.651/2024 is allowed.
