Instant appeal has been preferred under Section 454 Cr.P.C. against acquittal judgement and order dated 25.02.1987 and directing the crime property (wheat) be handed over to appellant no.2. 3. Appellant is no more. Crime property is wheat. More than thirty years have passed. No interest would be remain pending in the heirs to get wheat back from the custody of appellant no.2. No need to issue notice to heirs. 4. As per CJM report dated 30.04.2022, the appellant-complainant Shiv Ram Sharma died long back on 05.11.1994. 5.
