The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police stating that his cow was found missing. Thereafter, the respondent police registered FIR, arrested one Vignesh, based on the confession of Vignesh, the petitioner implicated in this case. 3. Heard both sides. 4. Considering the gravity of the offence and also the investigation is not completed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
