Act, P.S.- Handia, District- Prayagraj, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.Room No.8 Allahabad, expeditiously within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is wife of the respondent no.2. The applicant has filed a case under Sections 323, 498A, 506 I.P.C. & 3/4 D.P. Act, which is pending since 2022. 4. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
