Mr. Abdul Bari, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while, submits that petitioner would feel satisfied if the Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag and Child Development Project Officer, Qazigund Anantnag, are directed to consider and decide her representations as claimed to have been made before them. To this proposition, Mr. A. R. Malik, Sr. AAG, submits that the representations, if any, made before them will be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law. 2. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsels for the parties, the present petition is disposed of by providing that the Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag and Child Development Project Officer, Qazigund Anantnag, shall treat the petition of petitioner as representation and consider and decide it strictly in accordance with the provisions of law and pass a reasoned order after hearing the petitioner. 3. Registry to furnish a copy of this order along with copy of petition to Mr. A. R. Malik, Sr. AAG, who will transmit it to aforementioned officers for compliance. 4. Disposed of as above.
