This writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondent no.2 to comply with the statutory provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and rules framed thereunder and forthwith decide the application of the petitioner filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act expeditiously within a stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the State-respondents submits that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid application. 4. Without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the application of the petitioner under Section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 be decided, within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of the order unless there is any legal impediment. 5. In view of the aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of.
