3. The statement of learned counsel for the petitioner that some more area is included, is without any material. It is only on the basis of visual impression that such kind of statement is being made. Huge area is still lying vacant for playground in school.
4. We find that the petition has been filed on exaggerated statement and does not warrant any indulgence by writ Court in exercise of its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
5. Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application is also dismissed.
