Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. The order dated 23.12.2024 passed by the respondent No.2/District Supply Officer, Chndauli by which the fair price shop license of the petitioner has been suspended is under challenge. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that as per direction given in the order dated 23.12.2024, the petitioner submitted his reply on 13.01.2025 before the respondent No.2 and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned counsel for the respondents that the respondent No.2 will pass appropriate orders in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/District Supply Officer, Chndauli to take a final decision in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
