Sabita Parida, or any other person acting on her behalf, till final disposal of the Guardianship Misc. Case No.66 of 2025. 3. Needless to mention that the matter is already in seisin of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak in Guardianship Misc. Case No.66 of 2025. The grievance sought to be redressed by means of this application, has to be considered by the learned court in seisin over the matter. 4.
