For Petitioner(s): P.Sam Japa Singh For Respondent(s): Mr.A.Saranraj ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant submitted that in compliance of the appellate court order dated 10.07.2023, the respondent herein has already deposited 20% of the cheque amount, i.e., Rs.1,29,000/- on 05.09.2023 before the trial court . Thus the learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant herein, submitted that the total amount of Rs.3,22,500/-, which is 50% of the total cheque amount has been deposited and accordingly, the condition imposed by this court has been complied with as per the order of this court dated 30.09. 2024. Hence, he prayed that the amount lying in the credit of trial court is required for the petitioner/complainant to meet out her personal needs and also for educational expenses of her son. Therefore, he prayed for a direction to the trial court to permit the petitioner/complainant herein to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,22,500/- lying before the trial court. 2. Heard both sides. 3. The Counsel for the petitioner/complainant herein is directed to move an application before the trial court to withdraw the aforesaid amount of Rs.3,22,500/- which is lying before the trial court within a period of three weeks from today and on such application being filed, the trial court is directed to release the abovesaid amount to the respondent within a period of three weeks thereafter. 4. Put up the Revision case for admission on 13.10.2026 before the appropriate bench. 6.
