Both the parties along with respective learned counsel are present before the Lok Adalat and submit that they have settled the matter as per the joint memo/application dated 13.09.2025. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the parties have filed application dated 13.09.2025, under Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, wherein the petitioner has agreed to pay Rs.3,00,000/- to the respondent/complainant in terms of the application/joint memo. It is also made clear that petitioner has already paid Rs.2,10,000/- to the respondent/complainant and the respondent/complainant is entitled to receive balance of Rs.90,000/- deposited before the Trial Court by the petitioner therein. 3. The joint memo/application filed under Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, dated 13.09.2025 is signed by all the parties concerned and the learned counsel appearing on their behalf, and the said application is hereby accepted.
