Petitioner was retired on 30.11.2024 and he has approached this Court that his post retiral dues are still not paid. 3. Learned counsel for Respondents-2 and 3, on basis of written instructions, submits that petitioner is required to submit certain documents, however, till date it has not been submitted, therefore, there is delay in settlement of retiral dues. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has no instruction, however, in case the documents are still not submitted by petitioner, it will be submitted within a short period. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that petitioner shall submit required documents in the office of concerned respondent so that his retiral dues be settled thereafter within a short period.
