Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though respondents admitted that the petitioner is entitled for payment of the aforesaid sum of money, no payment is being made and such non-payment of money is clearly arbitrary and high-handed and thereby requires interference by this Court. 3 Learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation-respondent No.2 has furnished a copy of written instructions dated 27.02.2025 by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Kakinada, wherein it is stated that pending bill amount of Rs.13,35,536/- will be paid to the petitioner after releasing the budget from the Government under Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhutvam Scheme only. 4. As the amount of Rs.13,35,536/- payable to the petitioner has been admitted by respondent No.2 in his instructions dated 27.02.2025, this Court is feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to release amount of Rs.13,35,536/- (Thirteen Lakhs, Thirty Five Thousand, Five Hundred and Thirty Six Rupees only) to the petitioner within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. Sd/- N.
