JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY Patna High Court CWJC No.15867 of 2024 dt.30-04-2025 2/3 ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 30-04-2025 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed today across the board, which is taken on record. 3. The petitioner had been debarred from participating in any tender of the Department, unless he completed the work awarded to him under the earlier tender. 4. The parties are ad idem that the work with respect to installation of three lifts in a building is now complete. 5. In that view of the matter, the order of debarment vanishes in thin air. The petitioner would be eligible to participate in any fresh tender because the order of debarment is co-terminus with the obligation of the petitioner to install three lifts in the building as part of his work schedule in the earlier tender. Patna High Court CWJC No.15867 of 2024 dt.30-04-2025 3/3 6. The petition stands disposed off with the afore-noted observation. 7.
