By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent/ authority concerned to mutual transfer the petitioner from District Firozabad to Distrct Agra in place of respondent No. 8. ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2024 (annexure no. 7 to the writ petition) as earliest with stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It transpires from the records that in the above regard petitioner has made representation on 11.12.2024 to the respondent No. 2 for getting transferred mutually to accommodate Mr. Raju respondent No. 8 against his post. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued for disposal of the representation in accordance with law in a time bound manner after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent No. 2 to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of two months after giving opportunity of hearing to petitioner as well as respondent No. 2.
