Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while, submits that petitioner would feel satisfied if this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to treat instant petition as representation and consider it within a particular time frame. To this proposition, Mr. Jahingeer Ahmad Dar, GA, submits that respondents will consider the representation of petitioner strictly in accordance with law. 2. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsels for the parties, the present petition is disposed of by providing that respondents shall treat petition of petitioner as representation and consider and decide it strictly in accordance with provisions of law and pass a reasoned order within a period of two months from the date copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and annexures attached with it, is served upon them. 3.
